Greetings and welcome! I am delighted to have you here and introduce myself personally.
If I would sum up in a few words a description of myself it would be: Passionate violinist, idealist and citizen of the world.
MY BIOGRAPHY
Since early childhood have been a globetrotter. When I was 6 months old, my family moved to Sydney. Six years later we moved to Vienna which was a turning point as I started to play the violin. I loved playing but wasn't so keen on practicing! In Vienna I was fortunate to attend the Vienna International School. After 5 years my family moved to Zagreb, where I continued my violin studies. My next big turning point was moving to Prague to study at the Prague Academy of Arts. I graduated in three years with the highest honours. Thanks to my professor Václav Snítil I perfected and mastered my violin skills.
At the age of 16 I had my big solo debut with the orchestra playing my beloved Mendelssohn Violin Concerto. I've recorded and issued 4 CDs till now and have played with renowned international artists. Once asked by a concert organizer to "tell something about the music to be played", went rather well, I created my own violin concert show - playing, telling music stories and jokes !
My violin repertory includes classic violin concertos, sonatas, virtuoso pieces as well as music from different styles and genres: jazz, Latino, folk. I have great fun arranging popular songs for the classic violin !

My experience as a performing artist and lecturing music workshops have made me realize that the principles of creating a work of art and the approach of a top level artist can be applied to our everyday personal and business environment. So I created a new discipline "Music and Leadership" designed for business leaders using music as a metaphor for solving key business issues: leadership, teamwork, personal development, cultural diversity. The 'Music and Leadership' program includes corporate training, workshops and seminars, keynote speeches, providing business leaders and managers a unique insight into the world of music and explain why music is valuable for today's world of business.
I am fluent in English, German, Czech and Croatian and get my way with Italian too.
In 2001 I received the European Union of Arts Gustav Mahler Award for outstanding achievement.
I am available for hire as a concert violinist for concerts, events, as a violin teacher and as coach / trainer of my
Music & Leadership program.
Look forward to meeting and connecting with you via e-mail, Facebook, Twitter. Subscribe to my blog where I share my thoughts, insights and expertise on the violin, music and culture.
Thanks for your visit !
